Yesterday we went to the fair after school. The boys were super pumped about being picked up from school not even coming home. Off to the fair we went! Last year when we went to the fair it was seriously freezing. The coldest I can remember a fair being. We had on winter coats, hats, and gloves. This year...it was close to 90. Once the sun went down it cooled off quickly, but still quite the difference! The boys loved the shark slide, trampoline jump, and the Sky Tram ride thingy. We've actually never done the Sky ride but did this year. The boys loved it and talked non-stop about stuff they were seeing to their left and right.
The boys have been wanting baseball necklaces. I haven't been able to find them anywhere. Most all places that have them, they are too long. Like majorly long. I found some almost from the first moment we walked into the Expo Center. It's like God just put them right by that entrance for me to see them. They were only $5 a piece too! They are still a touch long but fit them better than most all others. The boys were happy and put them on very quickly! I love how God cares about even the small things in life!
The below picture doesn't really have a story to go along with it. I just saw our beautiful American flag flying in the breeze and snapped a shot of her:)
