lights. The boys had not gone yet this season and were very excited to see all the lights, hear the songs, and run in circles around all the 100's of people there. Thankfully it was not too freezing and the boys never even had to ask for hot cocoa. Not that I would mind buying it for them but it is so hot that it takes 20 minutes of blowing on it (in the freezing cold) before they can even drink it. By that time your fingers are falling off, snot is dripping out your nose, and you are just so ready to be in the car who cares about another path of Christmas lights to walk down. Oh, that's just me that thinks that? Sorry. Call me Scrooge.
The boys had a great time with Daniel and Carissa and were sad when they
had to leave. They love playing and hanging all over Daniel just like they do with their daddy. Daniel is great with them and I wish they lived closer so they could see their uncle more. On the flip side, now Steven and I have yet another excuse to visit Hawaii as Daniel and Carissa will be moving there in a few short weeks. No snow and cold temperatures for me. Aloha Hawaii (hopefully soon!)
