IT'S A BOY!!!

Hope everyone had a great V-Day and guys I hope you got your wives something; at least a card. I got Jackie a dozen red roses, a card, and cooked Shrimp with Candied Walnuts for her. It turned out really good. I don't want to say I'm as good as Emril, but I could probably put up some good competition. Let's see what else did we do this weekend. My neighbor and I built a roof for the playhouse we got for the kids. It's probably not as good as what my buddy Jeremy, who owns www.CedarConcepts.com, could do but it looks pretty good. I'll take some pics and post them. I also built a flagstone path between our house and our neighbor's house. I've got bowling tonight and hopefully will get a 200 game. I haven't got one this season yet and it's really starting to tick me off because I'm so competitive. Hope everyone had a good Monday.

Boyz Night

Tonight Will and I are going to hang out together. Mom (Jackie) is going out with some of her friends to PF Chang's. Lucky! The Shrimp with Candied Walnuts at PF Chang's is the best thing on the menu. Don't even try to post something else that you think is because you would be wrong. By the way I need to give a shout out to my favorite sister-in-law because Tuesday was her birthday, so Happy Birthday Angela. Not sure what me and Will are going to do tonight. Probably throw a kegger and have a bunch of ladies over or just kicks balls around and wrestle. If I don't get to post anything before Saturday, Happy Valentines Day to all.

Kabob's

Tonight we are going over to our neighbor's house to eat Kabob's. Who ever thought of the name Kabob??? They have a 3 year old and 1 year old. Will loves going over there to play. How did everyone fare from the storms? We didn't get any damage to the house. Our builder did come out last Friday and graded our yard to fix the drainage so our yard is a big mud hole since they haven't been able to re-sod it yet.

Monday

I had bowling last night and we won 3 out of 4 games. We've got a pretty solid team. I bowled a 161, 178, and 168. My average is 162 but I'm not to thrilled with that. I'd like it to be higher. I got a new ball "Black Widow Hammer" and I'm still trying to figure it out. Jackie usually goes over to her parents on Monday's when I go to bowling.

Well, it looks like we have a busy week. Thursday Jackie is going out with some of her friends. Friday, we are cooking dinner with our friends. I'm making Shrimp with Candied Walnuts. Never made it before so we'll see how it turns out. Saturday is Valentines, but Jackie and I will probably just hang out at the house. Sunday we'll go to church and run errands I'm sure. Monday we'll start all over again.

Fun Times

Tonight we've just been relaxing at the house. In this picture Will was on my shoulders and I was bouncing him and he thought it was very funny. Thank you all who prayed for Jennifer. She had to get a hysterectomy but everything went fine and she is doing much better. This weekend I am going to go pick up a play set for Will. It's going to have a slide, two swings, a little fort on stilts, and an area for a sand box underneath. Tomorrow Jackie and I are going out with our friends Kyle and Melissa. The have a 3 month old son. Hope all is well with everyone.

Nothin New

Well, I guess everyone knows by now that the Cardinals didn't win the Super Bowl. Oh well, they sure made it a good game to watch though. Not much new is going on. We went and ate some Schlotzsky's (I think I spelled that right?) for lunch, very yummy. We joined Jackie's parents.

When you have a second during the day please say a prayer for one of our friends. Her name is Jennifer and she just had two twin girls less than 2 weeks ago. They were born premature but they are doing great. One of the girls got to come home a couple days ago but the other one is still in the hospital for at least another week. Nothing big, the doctors are just checking the baby out for something. The reason we need your prayers though is because Jennifer woke up last night and was bleeding profusely from where she had her c-section done. She had to be rushed to the hospital by ambulance and her temp was only 93 degrees when she got there from all the blood loss. This morning she had to have a hysterectomy. So she is going to be in the hospital for 4-5 days now. Thanks for your prayers.
